I took XL. It fits very tightly on the hips and legs, but the elastic at the waist is a bit weak. Holds, but seems a little weaker than the rest of the fabric. If you take a size smaller, it might be very tight in the hips and crotch.
The rubberized inserts along the bottom edge work, the diaper is VERY wide and dense compared to cheap cycling shorts. here it is better.
There is no pocket.

I couldn’t find the right size for my 150cm, 38kg son, so I bought the smallest size for women’s clothing, but it’s a bit big. I think it will be wearable if I shorten the shoulder straps.
